The Vibuka association was founded in 1998 as working group “Steirische Schüler helfen georgischen Schülern” and originally had the task of renovating school no. 9 in Telavi, the capital of Kakheti in Georgia. After completing the renovation work, which had been carried out over many years, the association was looking for a new challenge. The result, in 2017, a student exchange between school no. 9 in Telavi and the Modellschule Graz was established.
